We have a new Archiva server where we can put and get data files called brainard-archiva.

We should migrate our Reference Renderings to brainard-archiva.

This will involve:

uploading each data file as an artifact, using some sensible naming scheme
writing some scripts to get the artifacts as needed, using RemoteDataToolbox
updating documentation, to mention RemoteDataToolbox as a requirement for validation
