Feature Request: Fan with slider widget #9

Many thanks for the slider widgets. Could you please help with a fan w/slider widget? There's no official fan widget so I'm sure the community would really appreciate it.

Can be used to control ceiling fans, air purifiers and other fan components.

i only read this now, but i am sorry i cant help. 1) i have no fans and no way to know how to create the widget. 2) if i did understand correct then different fans use different commands, based on the component.

the work around is to create an input_select in home assistant and use the input_select widget.
