Resetting mod settings

So, I set the text window to movable, the top edge got dragged off screen and I can't drag it back down. Then when switching back to locked text box it has moved and is overlapping the hotbar.

How do I reset the mod to default? There is no button for that and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't work. Thanks.
