4 years ago You need 30 Mining, Woodcutting, OR Fishing for that task. That being said, Project Tenacity can't really do that (have one of these three requirements), so it just requires 30 Mining instead.
Gonna keep this open to add support for conditional requirements.
It was suggested that I do the second skilling task because it would give me 4k xp in fishing. However, this account only had level 1 fishing and level 30 is required to gather metal fragments from one of the three skills. It didn't tell me to get level 30 fishing as part of the task and it said it would take 10 minutes to complete in total (effective time cost was negative) so I thought it might be the case that the skill requirements aren't included for that particular task. The other skilling tasks seem to include the necessary requirements.
