Failed to get player XP from RuneMetrics. #90

On a mac, can't seem to create the profile from my account. Definitely works having gone onto RuneMetrics, but PT doesn't seem to source the info, and gives the fault in the title. 'If you believe the name 'X' was valid, please raise a T99 issue.' Any help appreciated

Is this due to the new Necromancy skill maybe?
