Conditions of Satisfaction

[x] There is animated countdown timer, that show progress until next regular data (price) update
[x] Timer is available to tap
[x] On tap - force refresh data / update values (price)
[x] On hover - show seconds left until next automatic refresh ( not for now)

This needs to be adjusted to not create new CSS classes every tick.
