my port map just switching ips and tats annoying cuz i play minecraft and i new 
a ip that will stay and always be there

Port Map does only map ports. 

If your IP keeps changing, your ISP is assigning you a new IP address 
periodically when your modem redials.
You might want to look into using a dynamic DNS service to circumvent the issue.
