Upgdate information stored by location (type of installatoin / grid connected) #48

Feature Request

Description

Upgrade the information stored in the database and send in the different json response. The new information to store are:

type of installation: residential, industrial, rural, commercial establishment, etc.
grid connected: true | false

Expected Behavior

When any endpoint returns information of a location to return the location type description.

Added flag to LocationVo:

FLAG_CONNECTED_TO_GRID = 4
