DPG criterias to look into #10

The following points need to be cover in order to reacth the DPG goal.

[ ] CLA
- [x] Define CLA file (for all repositories)
- [x] Register at https://cla-assistant.io/
- [x] Link with pull request at Github
- [x] Added to repositories and documentation
[ ] Define Governance document (pending) (required?)
[ ] Improve and add more documentation (to be done)
[ ] Stakeholder Mapping (pending) (required?)
[ ] Adherence to Standards & Best Practices (check for each repository / language)
[ ] Project roadmap

The previous points migh be needed to be implemented in multipl repositories to complete them.
