Gnome has had vertically stacked workspaces for a long time. The Gnome 40 update unfortunately made the switch to a horizontal layout. A choice that many Gnome users disagree with. This extension completely replaces the new Gnome overview with something that resembles the old style.

[Multi Monitors] Extension not working on primary display after login. Works after disable and re-enable. #82
Got two 2k monitors. Extension works fine when installing (love it, btw). But noticed on log out and log in, the main monitor (main display on settings, Numbered 1) just shows a black screen, no preview of the workspace, and thumbnails are just a small black square. Attaching image for comparison between the primary (left) monitor just not working, and the secondary (right) working properly after login
Disabling and re-enabling the extension makes it start working properly, it's just... not a pretty workaround at all.
Let me know if there's any more info I can give you.
