Google API Manager errors when using Google Maps API auto-complete textbox #6

Can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening? Here is a screenshot from my Google API Manager: https://i.imgur.com/kz1nDLY.png

I've set all the form settings as the documentation states:

Add a text field and change Element Settings & Options to Address auto complete (google places)
Put my API key in and enabled APIs through Google API Manager: Places API for Web and Maps JavaScript API

After creating a new API key it seems to work.
