Unable to submit form, session expired! #61

Hi @RensTillmann, have you seen this problem before? I had a website visitor contact me by e-mail and attach the screenshot below and the message:

I continue to get the below message here when trying to fill this form out.

I cannot reproduce it, sadly. I checked to ensure I'm on the latest version and I am, 6.1.1. Any idea on what can cause this? My site uses SSL exclusively.
