[BUG] Longer answers couldn't be delivered due to request timeout #5

When ChatGPT couldn't deliver the answer in a reasonable time (60 seconds by default), default timeout blocks to show the message. To resolve the issue, we have to increase the default timeout and/or make it adjustable through settings
