Update fasta headers to seaparate organelle from lettercode #3

To make it easier for TAPscan to distinguish the lettercode from the organelle suffix, I updated the FASTA headers like so:

ACTHCmt_XXX -> ACTHC.mt_XXX

This way the information about the origin is still preserved, but TAPscan can ignore everything after the period
