For sharing the results of the analysis as an RO-Crate.

We will be submitting the paper shorty, so would be preferable with an RO-Crate or at least Zenodo release we can cite?

Simone asked me to redo the analysis since the latest update of runcrate. @mr-c and I added a ro-crate-manifest.json to the repo so it is now an RO-Crate. If you let me know the intended submission date, I'll make sure the reanalysis is done and there is a Zenodo DOI to reference in the paper before it is submitted.

I think we're hoping to submit this month, say by 20th November..?
