Add SWIFT and minor changes #41

Changes in this PR:

Add SWIFT-Review info
Change order of footnotes in Data table (changed due to alphabetic re-ordering of ASReview and Abstrackr in an earlier PR)
FASTREAD export is CSV instead of question mark, which also means re-import 2 is not available (CSV is not a reference manager file)
Add question mark for minimum training data Abstrackr and link to issue there
