Issue: When a user enters a zip code with a city that has local rent control ordinances, it leads them to a page where there is a button that says “Get help from a local tenant’s right group”; however when you click it, it just leads to the resources page that doesn’t have tenant’s rights groups.
Solution: We should modify the text on the button to say “Check out your local resources” (temporary) and add in the tenant’s rights groups later.
