Description

Owner View

1. Main Dashboard:
   • Property List:
     • Table view of all owned properties with columns for Address, Current Tenant, Rating, and Actions.
     • Action buttons for viewing detailed comments, replying to comments, and adding new property.
   • Recent Comments:
     • A section displaying the most recent comments from ex-tenants, anonymized and associated with specific addresses.
     • Filter options for sorting comments by property, date, or rating.
2. Property Detail Page:
   • Property Information:
     • Detailed view of the selected property with address, current tenant information, and overall rating.
   • Ex-Tenant Comments:
     • List of anonymized comments from ex-tenants.
     • Options to reply to comments or mark them as helpful.
     • Configuration settings to manage visibility and notifications for new comments.

Tenant View

1. Main Dashboard:
   • My Rentals:
     • List view of all rented properties with columns for Address, Owner, Lease Start/End Dates, and Actions.
     • Action buttons for viewing detailed property information, contacting the owner, and submitting a comment.
   • Submit Comment:
     • Form to submit a comment about a past rental property.
     • Fields for selecting the property address, rating the experience, and writing the comment.
     • Anonymity confirmation to reassure ex-tenants their comments will be anonymized.
2. Property Detail Page:
   • Property Information:
     • Detailed view of the rented property with address, owner information, lease details, and overall rating.
   • Submit Comment:
     • Direct access to the comment submission form from the property detail page.
     • Option to view past comments from other tenants (anonymized).

Acceptance Criteria

• The wireframe includes both Owner and Tenant views with clear navigation and interactive elements.
• Ex-tenant comments are anonymized and can be configured for specific addresses.
• Owners can view and reply to anonymized comments.
• Tenants can submit and view anonymized comments on properties they have rented.
• The design ensures ease of use and clarity in both views, promoting transparent communication between all parties involved in the rental process.
