This Plugin provides a simple WYSIWYG Editor for Markdown and in addition a command line interface. The command line interface facilitate a faster workflow.
The LaTeX section is quite limited and only includes basic functions, and should include things like \sum and \infty, and other things related to calculus. Also the functions are unorganized and clunky, and can be grouped.
It'd be better if they were grouped, and if more operators were added. Ideally all of them, but thats a difficult request.
Alternatively, you could create a LaTeX function builder, where you can graphically make equations without needing to know LaTeX, and add the formula easily
