I started work on updating some of the habitat data to ensure I have the correct workflow. We received updated existing AND healthy rivers and landscapes curves for the Yuba, and this pull request only addresses updating the existing habitat (i am going to try and do all HRL curves in a different branch, hrl-curves).
The updated data I believe is in suitable acres, so I tried to convert them to square meters / 1000 meters and add to the older data for steelhead and spring run.
