There are a number of functions for adding or updating the RS nature on an Eclipse project that help with updating model version from a previous version of Repast, and include utils for adding server launchers, updating model installer scripts, etc. This should be more unified both in the code as it is currently somewhat disorganized, and in terms of the user experience - e.g. let's just provide a single "Update" option in the project Repast context menu.
