Describe update from Amount to Quantity in FAQ #78

We updated the Java Units API and should provide a FAQ entry to help users update their code if they use Amounts, as per https://schneide.blog/tag/unit-api-2-0/

Use of the Amount class was not well document and likely not commonly used in user model code.
