Update ViaVersion #10

The ViaVersion version used in ReplayStudio is pretty old. It only supports up to 1.12.1. It should probably be updated for 1.12.2 and 1.13.x. I could create a PR, but ReplayStudio uses the ViaVersion fork in the ReplayMod organization and that has to be updated first.
