Bluetooth connection issue with Mercedes Command Online

GOOGLE LG NEXUS 4 16GB

With CM10.1 nightly 20130102, Bricked Kernel v0.7 and Mercedes Command Online I 
have trouble with my Bluetooth connection.

1. The connection works with phone and audio.
2. The connection always reconnect (all 2 sec.) Bluetooth show "Connected (no 
audio)" / "Connected" / "Connected (no audio)" / "Connected"/... .

About the continues connection errors my battery drains very fast in car.
With the stock kernel or the faux kernel it works well.

I add an log.
