Wake Issue #136

1. Have screen in off state
2. Use unlock button to wake the device
3. Use lock button to put device to sleep
4. Use unlock button again

Expected output is for the screen to wake instantly but instead there is 
roughly a 5 second delay for the device to wake up.  S2W provides similar 
results but instead of a 5 second delay the screen never comes on, you must 
wait ~5s then swipe unlock again and it is instant.

mako on kernel 0.7 with stock ROM
