HW decoding for 1080p movies (Dice Player, MX Player)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just try this sample http://www.multiupload.com/FRSQPZUV2C and play it using 
HW decoding on Bricked 0.8x and up.

What is the expected output- Smooth playback? What do you see instead - black 
screen and furhter lockup?

What version of the product are you using Bricked 0.8x - 1.2? On what operating 
system ICS 2.5.5-2 and 3.2?

Please provide any additional information below.
