camera hangs with bricked 1.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.select smart shot 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
phone takes picture and hangs.
waited for it to save but doesn't. 
can't on the screen after screen time out. 
have to battery pull. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ctdroid sensation 1.9.
bricked 1.45 test #427.happens with bricked 1.4 also.camera fix applied for  
both.

Please provide any additional information below.
no flash in night mode.

Smartshot uses ZSL, same as Burst mode.
No drivers that are fully functional are available for that, hence they are not 
included in the kernel and that's why the camera freezes.
