External dependencies including KZOP are now all pulled from maven and copied into a lib folder into a plugin named dependencies, see https://github.com/RepreZen/KaiZen-OpenAPI-Editor/pull/517/files#diff-72c1225f54ef3d5f9bb41cdead6bba6dR22 The dependencies plugin then export the packages present in the jars from within the lib folder to other KZOE plugins.
