Task/123 Split JsonOverlay into its own project #150

JsonOverlay is now in the RepreZen/JsonOverlay repo, and published to maven central as com.reprezen.jsonoverlay:jsonoverlay. We'll move that to a v1.0.0 shortly as the generated API should soon stabilize. We'll be able to do the same with this project, and both will then use semantic versioning rules.
