ZEN-4892 - Removed 'Could not locate path for parameter' warning #237

Addresses issue #228 / ZEN-4892 - Removed erroneous 'Could not locate path for parameter' message on path parameters in /components/parameters map.

@ghillairet, please review. I think this is a trivial change that should not require a full testing cycle through the dependency chain. If you agree, please merge.
