ah -- test fails because it does not use this (PR) version of the containers repo -- it has hardcoded datalad install -d . ///repronim/containers. So I guess the test should replace that invocation with a pointer to location (with branch, using datalad clone URL -b BRANCH) of the PR while testing a PR... may be next time. filed https://github.com/ReproNim/containers/pull/88 so to not forget
