will be very useful for anyone building a bids app
probably best wait for the new version to be out before starting on that one.

This is underway.

Note that this will also provide a way to add nodsjs to a docker image, not sure if that should its own template a bit like for conda or matlab MCR.

Also I would suggest to only maintain the X most recent versions (for example 3 most recents, only the versions released in the past 2 years...) of the validator: which will probably mean that we will have to switch this install in the near future when the new deno-based validator comes on line.
