PUT ALL THE EXERCISES TO a section in this repo
- this should contain Readme.md as well !
Matt to do instructions for installing (in the Readme.md on (https://github.com/ReproNim/ohbm2018-training)
JB to test the VM installation on Windows and Ubuntu
JB to test the exercises on the VM (stats + others ?)
JB to send email pointing to instruction
All : put the lastest schedule / exercises on the Readme.md
SG to finish exercises and tests for workflows

@mjtravers - adding a TODO to increase bandwidth of whatever is serving the ova - it's a little slow. we don't have to do it right this minute, but definitely before we announce for people to download.

It's an EC2 server on the Amazon cloud. It may be a small instance size
