Simplify code and match features of today's DataLad release #28

@satra I adjusted the script to make the code simpler (few manual steps replaced).

The code now matches the training materials of section 3.1.

I also verified proper function using the latest releases of datalad, datalad-container, and datalad-neuroimaging.
