.OVA file cannot be opened if Windows HyperVisor is enabled (eg. for use with Docker). #40

TL,DR: .OVA file cannot be opened if HyperVisor is enabled on Windows previously (for Docker etc).

Symptoms:

VirtualBox produce a import error "Seeking within the archive failed (VERR_TAR_UNEXPECTED_EOS) with result code: VOBX_E_IPRT_ERROR (ox80BB0005)
Error can be misleading as it suggest early EOS (end of stream) in the file even though the .OVA file is guaranteed to be in tact (verified using both downloaded OVA and OVA obtained onsite at OHBM training workshop USB).

Reproduction Steps;

Have a Windows computer which have enabled HyperV (typically for reason of using Docker etc)
Attempt to import .OVA would produce above error.

Resolutions:

disable OVA.
