• [ ] Talk 1: (by Celia) Sampling, sample size, p-value and power - slides (15')
• [ ] Exercise 1: compute the simple t-test from anatomical results (one column) other things as covariate;
  • sample randomly; compare t-test across participants
• [ ] Talk 2: (by JB) : Positive Predictive Value (15')
• [ ] exercise 2: consider three type of prior for H1 - (age or gender effect?) - compute the PPV with variation of alpha / beta
• [ ] Talk 3: vibration effect with sampling and model - show the shiny app ? (10')
• [ ] Exercise 3: try to see if the sub group with anxiety covariate has a different size of hippocampus than the rest. Exclude / inclufde covariate and look at the variation.
