pip can't install reproman #424

$ pip install reproman

  ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement reproman (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for reproman

Yeap... We haven't released the beast after renaming from niceman. Should probably do that prior ohbm

current readme says pip install should work :(
