4 years ago we will just let/instruct people to provision their instances. The best we could do is to provide documentation on how to do that ATM.

Is there a reason we don't provide git annex on the machine created for an aws-ec2 resource? The datalad-pair-run orchestrator fails immediately as a result when trying to run on an aws-ec2 resource.
