In order to conduct regression testing of Nipype, Satra's team developed a tool to generate Docker scripts from Python neuroimaging specs. The result is Neurodocker at: https://github.com/kaczmarj/neurodocker

Yeap! They gave up on waiting on niceman , so we should take advantage of it as usecases and provide support for such setups 😁
