suicidality_score is not included in addProperties in the activity

the same issue in dsm_5_parent_guardian_rated_level_1_crosscutting_s_schema_20_to_25 and DSM5_crosscutting_youth_schema

items activities/RCADS-25-C/items/RCADS25_25 and activities/RCADS-25-Y/items/RCADS-25_total_score don't exist but used in the schemas

some schema has in addProperties elements that are not used, e.g. here
