validate command assumes jsonld dictionaries

when running validate on reproschema responses downloaded from the UI, it fails. responses are json arrays with jsonld dicts.

@satra do you have an example of these responses that I can take a look at?

@yibeichan - run the demo-protocol (perform any set of responses) and hit download.
