[priority] Warning message when user tries to refresh page #299

When they refresh in the middle of a study the unique URL parameters are deleted. So warn them to not do this or go back to the original unique URL in the email they received if they had an error and need to refresh.

Or allow the unique URL to refresh but careful with overriding parameters like uid
