the script to fix pydantic file should also:

[ ] add a comment on the top that this is automatically generated
[ ] remove imports that are not used, flake8 complains
[ ] think if I want to break description to please flake8, or perhaps add some adjustments to flake8 (for now pydantic model is excluded)
