This is aggregated PR. Closes #99 . Closes #100 . Closes #98.

[x] Add timestamp to the videocapture main file log.
[x] Make log level uppercase in videocapture session log.
[x] Make similar log line pattern for both main and session logs.
[x] Add iso format timestamp to the .mkv.log header.
[x] Normalized/worked on #96 .
[x] Adjust time format for filenames, #98 .
[x] Normalize videocapture metadata JSON logs, #99.
