Setup automated figuring out of audio device and subdevice

Closes #66 by implementing steps suggested below:

[x] Extend [a_dev: "auto"] option in config.yaml with syntax like "auto,321", so it will be expanded to "-i hw:,321".
[x] Add "-l, --list-devices" command-line option for videocapture utility, and provide dump for all available audio capture devices on system for debugging, diagnostics and maintenance purposes in this area.
[x] Investigate "amixer -c controls" command output, especially last words ("...,device=1"). And if possible use it in videocapture.

I don't see anything which might relate to the description in the diff of this PR. Or is this still a draft to be pushed into?

oh, may be you are still working toward what is described? then may be convert it into Draft mode to make it more obvious and make it a checklist in original description to check out items as they are implemented.

Yes, it's still in progress, and I need to monitor build state and merge integration, it definitely should be in draft stage.
