Rather than introducing the Jupyter notebook there, and then talking about data organization which doesn't involve the notebook, it probably makes more sense to move much of those materials here.
Then the introduction can be just an overall introduction to the workshop and the importance and usefulness of reproducible research approaches.
The things that would likely move then would be everything in the introduction, except for 'Introduction and motivation for reproducible research'. Install would move, but to 'setup' rather than a lesson, because people should install in advance, rather than have it be a lesson.
