I'm not sure how to deal with Lake Champlain here. Most lakes have separate fields for Industrial and Municipal point source loading: Screenshot from 2019-12-09 08-45-33

but, Lake Champlain has a combined field: Screenshot from 2019-12-09 08-45-08

@hkhorasani proposes setting industrial to 0 and I think this is a good idea so the totals are calculated correctly.
