Hello, I know how to code with regular algorithm and computer apps but I have no idea how to compile and you use these code. Can you write some lines step by step so I can follow them and compile successfully? Thank you so much.

Offsets are outdated. Project is detected by League of Legends anti-cheat and will get you banned.
