Use the Staging Gateways in the Staging Invoicing Template

Problem

Currently, the Request Payment Invoicing Template on the Staging environment is using the Request Node Gateways on the Production environment.

Proposed Solution

• The Gateway URL should be made into an Environment variable.
• Request Payment on the Staging environment should use a Gateway in the Staging environment.
