As an RN Dev, I want to migrate all tech support to Github, so my answers are publicly searchable and more organized.

Rollout ideas:

• Marketing Announcement
• Migrate and Shut down the Discord Dev-support forum.
• Individual Builder announcement (via builder-specific channels, telegram, discord)

Going forward, whenever a question comes in on a private channel, ask the builder to post it on Github, publicly to add it to the public discourse.

Definition of Done

• [x] Announce migration
• [x] Update Discord channels to mention Github Discussions
• [x] Migrate questions from Discord dev-support forum to Github
• [ ] Archive the Discord dev-support forum leave instructions to post in Github Discussion.

Rejected Ideas

These are good ideas, but implementing them is premature (we don't have that many questions) and doing it now is outside the scope of this task
